Refund Policy

A - Class & Sessions Policy

A.1 - All Classes must be fully utilized within the set time frame,  and reschedules can be done in any other class of the same level.

A.2 - Classes may be rescheduled within one (1) month of the date of the class that was missed. Failure to do so, will result in the session being forfeited and

A.3 - All session packages must be fully utilized within three (3) to six (6) months from the date of the first scheduled session, depending on purchased package.

A.4 - Sessions may be rescheduled provided a minimum of six (6) hours’ prior notice is given to the instructor. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full, with no rescheduling permitted.

A.5 - Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, accidents, or force majeure events (acts of God), subject to reasonable verification.

B - Instructor Cancellation Clause

B.1 - In the event the instructor needs to reschedule, the session will be rearranged at no cost to the student.

B.2 - In the event the student is no able to reschedule, a refund or adjustment will be offered, subject to reasonable verification.
