A - Class Policy
A.1 - All Classes must be fully utilized within the set time frame, and reschedules can be done in any other class of the same level.
A.2 - Sessions may be rescheduled within one (1) month of the date of the class that was missed. Failure to do so, will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full, with no rescheduling permitted.
A.3 - Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, accidents, or force majeure events (acts of God), subject to reasonable verification.
B - Private Session Policy
B.1 - All session packages must be fully utilized within three (3) months from the date of the first scheduled session.
B.2 - Sessions may be rescheduled provided a minimum of six (6) hours’ prior notice is given to the instructor. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full, with no rescheduling permitted.
B.3 - Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, accidents, or force majeure events (acts of God), subject to reasonable verification.
C - Instructor Cancellation Clause
C.1 - In the event the instructor needs to reschedule, the session will be rearranged at no cost to the student.
C.2 - In the event the student is no able to reschedule, a refund or adjustment will be offered, subject to reasonable verification.
D - Late Arrival Policy
D.1 - Late arrival by the student will not extend the scheduled session time.
E - Non-Transferability
E.1 - Session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
F - Pictures, Videos & Social Media
F.1 - By agreeing to our policy, you agree that photos and videos of the student may be taken. This content may be used in media, the public, printed, or online in our brochures, website or social media channels and adverts.
F.2 - You also agree for students who are attending children classes, other parents or guardians may be present in the class, that may to take photos of their children during classes and events which may also include your child (in the photos or videos). You also agree that our ambassadors can photo the classes and sessions while not specifically filming your child, they may be within shot
F.3 - If you do not wish for yourself or your child, to be part of any pictures videos or content, email or message us directly, so we can ensure that no content will be portrayed, and to be digitally removed before any publications if necessary.
